General device characteristics
Cutting machines EOM are aimed at oxygen metal low-alloyed cutting, and while plasma cutting application of alloyed metal and nonferrous metals.

CUTTING MACHINE BUILD
The cutting machine is built of closed profiles on which work-support blades are located. The drive of servo-engine drive carried onto the toothed bar through a toothed wheel allows for exact reading from the templates also at high speeds. Electro-magnetic gears let for fast, manual move of the cutting-off machine.
A movable pattern table of size 1150x1000 mm enables quick template setting in relation to the metal put on the table for burning out.

For oxygen and plasma cutting at the speed of 50 - 1500 mm/min.

All service elements are placed on the front control plate.

Cutting slot compensation +/- is controlled by means of a potentiometer.

Control has two speed ranges changeable by a tilting switch.

Maximum speed 600 mm/min.
Maximum speed 3000 mm/min.

Speed is controlled smoothly by a potentiometer in the scale 1 - 10.

The machine route direction is chosen by a tilting switch in 4 directions and the template is run in this particular direction.

After finding the drawing, an optical head takes following the line towards the direction previously established.

While dropping off the line, the machine is automatically stopped and the cutting oxygen is switched off.

Additional track table for templates

A table on which the templates are placed is within the basic machine equipment, and it is 1000 x 1000 mm big.

In order to burn out elements out of bigger templates, one should slid an extra table sized 1000 x 1000 mm on the table longwise runners that will allow to put the template maximum 2000 x 1000 mm. After screwing them, one can move them simultaneously.



A complete, electrical oxygen torch station

It is an additional machine equipment aimed at the efficiency increase.

By torch station installing on a cross beam we get another torch, which multiplies the amount of burnt out elements at the same time.
