Candy Plus manufactures confectionery from its sole factory at Rohatec, South Moravia in Czech Republic for its customers based mostly in Europe. Sales in 2006 will be 19m Euro and significant double digit growth seems likely based on the current trends within the business.

The main part of the activity is focussed on the rapidly growing contract manufacturing business. The customers consist of many of the world’s leading confectionery companies who use Candy Plus to produce the products for them under their own brands. Candy Plus has structured its organisation, skill set and knowledge base to respond to this customer need as its main priority.

Candy Plus also distributes our own Fundy brand. In Hungary, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic we have our own sales offices, and we work through distributor partners in other markets. Our own distribution network is quite significant in Hungary and we also use it to distribute 3rd party product groups such as pralines, wafers and biscuits.

Candy Plus also produces and distributes Private label product for some of the top retail groups within Europe.

Candy Plus is a private company, founded in 2000 and now owned partly by management and also by an external venture capital company.
